Hyundai i10 Service
The Hyundai i10 is a compact and smart runaround vehicle, proving to be a firm favourite with motorists. Despite boasting an impressive engine for such a small car, forgoing maintenance on your i10 is likely to result in a number of issues - which may cause MOT failures, as well as devaluing your car. Head to your local Kwik Fit centre to find out how we can help you keep things in good working order.
Servicing your Hyundai i10
As a standard, we recommend a Full Service every 12,000 miles, or every 12 months - whichever is sooner. However, if you use your Hyundai i10 for frequent, short trips around town and to work, an Interim Check is perfect to ensure peace of mind.
We recommend the Interim Check every 6,000 miles or 6 months. This check goes through engine oil changes, oil filter changes, wiring checks, as well as any other potential warnings. It's perfect to ensure smooth running in between annual services and MOTs. To find out more about these two options, as well as our Engine Oil & Filter Change packages, head to our Servicing page.
Why not combine with your MOT?
If you have an MOT coming up, it's a great idea to get a Full Service on your i10 alongside your MOT- both of which can be completed at your local Kwik Fit Centre.
An MOT is legally required if your vehicle is older than three years, and failing it can leave an often-undesirable mark on the record. For peace of mind, let our fully qualified mechanics run through all the safety checks, repairs, and changes necessary before the MOT.
Hyundai Manufacturer Service
If your Hyundai i10 is under five years old, it's likely still under the manufacturer warranty. These can be excellent at a pinch, but improper maintenance can void them.
You can trust your local Kwik Fit technicians to use only official tools and parts, so that when the Kwik Fit stamp is in your log book, any valid warranty you hold is protected. The added benefit here is that you're not tied to your dealership's often-expensive repairs when you need something fixed, or when you just want to check how everything's running.
